At the beginning of each season all the new teams and team coaches come out for Opening Ceremonies, and family fun fest.  They announce each team as well as the previous season’s top winning teams.  Here is Davy’s team: 5-6 Kansas City Royals coached by Mr. Doug and Mr. Andy.  The boys had a great time today seeing all of the players of every age group…. And don’t forget little Matty who officially announced himself as apart of the team :).

After a full day of rain, we received word from Keystone Little League that our game was a go!  Davy’s first game!  They played the Red Sox and all of the children had so much fun.  They played three full innings and  Davy played second base, out field, and pitcher.  He successfully hit the ball each time at bat, I video recorded the first at bat :), and brought his entire team in at the end of the second.  Way to go Davy!
