It is the boy’s Fall break weekend and instead of heading to the mountains, we headed to the beach.  Davy’s friend Mikey and his mom invited us out to their beach condo over on Indian Rocks Beach to spend the night.  Their friend Alexis came for dinner.  They played and then afterwards we roasted smore’s.  The sunset was beautiful and we are super thankful to have such sweet friends…

This picture isn’t the best but it shows a little bit of the crazy that is constantly going on in our home… 🙂  The dog is trying to climb on Andy, Matty won’t stop jumping, and Davy is sitting sweetly…

After the banquet ended Andy and I crashed at the hotel.  Papa Bear stayed with the boys and Andy and I got to sleep in.  For brunch we headed over to Datz.  I enjoyed a really large latte with Fried Chicken Benedict and Andy had a Steak and Egg Big Boy Sandwich.  The food is so good there….

Over the last two days Andy’s entire company has been in town for their annual meeting.  Tonight, the spouse’s were invited to close out the week at a banquet dinner downtown at the Hilton.  They handed out awards, had a very funny photo booth, and opened up the stage to sing karaoke.  The Leadership team even got together to perform for all of their employees…  We had a great time…

How smart my sweet boy is.  Four nights a week, Davy can be found at the kitchen table working on his homework.  He is completing a Math worksheet and a Wordly Wise worksheet.

We keep dry eraser markers in the bathroom and whenever one of us feels inspired we write to each other on the mirror.  I couldn’t help but save this one from Davy…

Some Sundays are just lazy.  We go to church, the boys play outside, Andy watches football, and I play around in the kitchen.  Homemade pretzels and fried zucchini!  Yummy!
